28-Jun-2010 Australia’s Senetas Establishes UK-based Senetas Europe

LONDON, UK - Monday June 28, 2010: Australian-listed Senetas Corporation Limited (ASX:SEN) today announced it has agreed to acquire a UK-based encryption solutions business to lead its efforts to aggressively grow the Senetas share of the high speed network encryption market in United Kingdom and Europe.

Senetas CEO, John DuBois said Senetas Europe Limited (www.senetas-europe.com) would be a 100%-owned subsidiary of the Australian listed company from July 5, 2010. This follows the signing of an agreement to acquire Focus Europe Limited a highly-regarded encryption solutions business based in Basingstoke, the hi-tech corridor south-west of London.
