With many offices and campuses, this data is transmitted across the country utilising the latest fibre optic networks.
The type of information held by our Governments make them high profile targets for malicious attacks and information theft and as such, they have a duty to their citizens to ensure that every step is taken to protect data both within systems and while in transit.

In addition to this, Senetas CN range of high speed ethernet and Fibre Channel network encryptors are in the ‘evaluation phase’ of CESG CAPS approval in the United Kingdom. CAPS (CESG Assisted Products Service) is a UK Government Cryptographic Service run by CESG, the UK’s National Technical Authority for Information Assurance. Achieving CAPS certification will allow UK Government and Public Sector departments to use Senetas Encryptors to meet their Baseline (IL3) security and compliance needs.
